About Us
What is the student council anyway?
We are students from all semesters who have come together to represent and network the students in our degree programs.
We plan events for our students and try to put you in touch with employers. If you're looking for a connection or want to get to know people from higher semesters, you've come to the right place. We also sit on many committees and discuss module and examination matters together with the professors. If you have any questions or problems during your studies, we are your first point of contact.
If you would also like to join the student council, please come along to our meeting (every Tuesday at 7 p.m.). We sit comfortably together there and discuss what’s going on. You can contribute as much or as little as you want. We look forward to every new face!
Why should you join the student council?
When planning events, you may be able to make initial contacts with companies. As a subject-relevant volunteer position, student council work naturally always looks good on applications. In addition, you have the unique opportunity to help shape the course of study in the student council. You can make friends and help your fellow students.
As a little insight - there are a variety of tasks, which is why we are divided into different departments:
Board
Lead and represent the student council, i.e. the tasks include, among other things, meeting management and preparation.
Finances
Take care of the financial affairs of the student council.
Supply
Create and cook the menu on our trips, take care of the catering at all of our events and buy everything the student council needs
First Semester Work
Organize the annual first semester events. They are also your contact persons for all questions about starting your studies.
Organisation and Scripts
They take care of the scripts and other learning materials, and they also process the laboratory insurance.
PR Work
Maintain the website, our Instagram channel and our Ecampus course.
